ABOUT LISA
Lisa was born in Saginaw, MI. She felt God’s call on her life for ministry the summer after she graduated from high school. She has been active in kids’ ministry since she was 12 years old; when she began doing puppets in the streets of Saginaw.
At age 19, Lisa moved to St. Louis, MO to intern at the Dream Center. She helped run and facilitate a Saturday morning kids’ ministry called Super Saturday, where 800 inner-city kids were bused in each week so they could hear the gospel and be given an opportunity to make a decision for Christ. She is now an Ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
Pastor Lisa married her amazing husband, David, in 2010. She is constantly amazed at the fact that God would allow the two of them to both be full-time staff pastors at a church. They have two sons, Brayden and Truett, and a daughter, Adah, who are great additions to their family.
Lisa’s heart is to empower the next generation by allowing opportunities to experience the power and presence of God. Her heart is that kids would find their worth, value, and identity in Christ. Lisa loves kids ministry and can hardly believe that having so much fun is part of her job! Teaching in creative ways is one of her favorite things about ministry. She can also do a very convincing dolphin call.
